Sarawak, Sabah & 10th Malaysia Plan (10MP)

On June 10, Prime Minister Najib announced that 95% of Sarawak and 98% of Sabah will have clean water supply reaching an additional 87,000 homes in the former and 112,700 homes in the latter.

Both Sarawak and Sabah will also enjoy 99% electricity coverage with coverage extended to 76,000 houses in Sarawak and 59,000 houses in Sabah by 2015.

From 2011 to 2015, 2,819km of roads will be constructed in Sarawak and 2,540km of roads will be constructed in Sabah.

Poverty among ethnic minorities in Sarawak will be reduced from 6.4% to 3%, and for Sabah, from 22.8% to 12% by 2015.

In the same week, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad made a famous quote, "I gave one of them a message that the resolutions you issue are like a used hanky which should be thrown in the dustbin".

How apt to use the description 'used hanky' for rhetoric.
